Who We Are
Diabetes Association of Greater Cleveland (DAGC), founded in 1954, is a local and independent nonprofit organization. One hundred percent of donations to DAGC remain in Northeast Ohio.
DAGC has four diabetes educators on staff (two registered dietitians, a registered dietetic technician, and a registered nurse) who are right here, ready to help you with your diabetes needs.
DAGC offers to the following services:

Mission
Diabetes Association of Greater Cleveland's mission is to ensure that Greater Clevelanders affected by diabetes have the support they need to live well with the disease.
