Verizon Wireless SCUBA for Diabetes Commemorative T-Shirt for required minumum donation of $100 (due on or before the day of the event).

FREE Ticket to May 10th Cleveland Indians game against the Toronto Blue Jays (7:05pm at Progressive Field) for $100+ in collected pledges (every SCUBA participant will qualify for this prize with the minimum $100 donation required to participate). This also is Sizemore Fleece Blanket giveaway night! Discounted tickets for family members and friends will be available. You must order your free ticket and additional tickets on this website after the event. Order form will be available from April 4, 2008 through April 22, 2008.

Parade Progressive Field before the May 10th Cleveland Indians game against the Toronto Blue Jays (7:05pm at Progressive Field) for $200+ in collected pledges. $100 minimum donation included. Additional pledges must be turned in by Tuesday, April 22, 2008 (postmarked by Monday, April 21, 2008) to qualify for this prize.

Please Note: The t-shirt, free ticket, and parade the field are cumulative prizes, meaning that you receive all three if you reach the $200+ prize level. The prizes listed in the table below are not cumulative. Only one prize per participant.
