2016 marks the 62nd year of providing support to Northeast Ohio, as well as 87 years of Camp Ho Mita Koda, our program for children with diabetes located in Newbury, OH. This is the oldest continuing camp of its kind in the nation. These milestones don’t just happen, they're planned. Greater Clevelanders have relied on the experience, vision and execution of many of Diabetes Partnership's employees and board members for the past 62 years to set goals, budgets, arrange educational programming and support groups and obtain the funds needed to provide exceptional service.
The administrative office is located in Beachwood, but services are provided throughout the Greater Cleveland region. Camp Ho Mita Koda for children with diabetes is located in Newbury (Geauga County).
